Next it’s time to identify the type of experience and engagement you want your Attendees and Presenters to have. The questions you will want to consider are:
How will you keep the remote audience engaged?
If it’s a Hybrid event, what do the Virtual Audiences do during coffee breaks?
Are your Presenters ready for the shift in how they need to present their content to a Virtual Audience?
Do they have the proper equipment to look and sound great if they’re remote?
Is their presentation longer than 30 minutes?
Do you have an experienced Virtual Event Moderator?
Are you prepared to take questions from the Virtual audience?
