​Since 2018, AVmedia has served as the exclusive Production Partner for Darden Restaurants’ annual General Manager Conferences, supporting all nine of Darden’s restaurant brands, including Olive Garden, LongHorn Steakhouse, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, The Capital Grille, Yard House, and more for all of their large-scale events in venues nationwide.

 

Each year, these conferences bring together thousands of attendees for immersive brand-focused experiences featuring large general sessions, awards banquets, entertainment, and breakout meetings designed to support leadership development and operational excellence.

 

Every five years, Darden unites its entire portfolio for the “All Brands” conference—bringing 3,500+ attendees to the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. The event features a large-scale general session, simultaneous brand sessions across multiple venues, 60+ breakout rooms, and a closing concert with A-list entertainment.

The complexity of these events extends far beyond traditional audio visual support. AVmedia manages all production and staging services while also supporting Darden’s marketing and graphics teams with presentation and content integration. From coordinating simultaneous room turnovers and breakout logistics to navigating venue limitations, timeline shifts, and onsite creative pivots, AVmedia operates as a seamless extension of the Darden meeting team.
