From original great idea all the way to completion, we brought the New Balance Global Sales Meeting to life. AVmedia produced the entire show, from theme development and creative design to on-site execution.
Our challenge for the National Bible Bee was not the tough questions the kids had to answer, but to create a comfortable environment for 300 contestants and over 1500 people in the audience to view the contest. We created a fantastic set for the kids to demonstrate their knowledge and devotion of the Bible while keeping the audience engaged
Everyone knows that New York real estate prices are exorbitant. It is also true for the rental of the only ballroom on the 36th floor overlooking Central Park, where our client asked us to set up a stage set for them. With low ceilings, small service elevators, and limited ballroom space, the only option was to build a custom set on site.
Blackboard wanted to share its success stories and came to AVmedia to make it happen. We traveled the country to colleges in Alabama, Georgia and California to interview the users of Blackboard software. The end result was hours of interviews turned into multiple videos that told the Blackboard product story at each college.
New Balance was launching its new Bootcamp Training Shoe and asked us to develop two videos. The high impact video used graphics, music and product that is seen on their website and for internal presentations. Both of these videos, including testimonials were shot in one day.
When Bear River, the manufacturer of AirSoft paintball guns, was embarking on its first major advertising campaign, they came to AVmedia to produce a short marketing piece to be used for in-store display at Wal-Mart stores across the country.
One of our areas of expertise is taking advantage of the environment. When New Balance wanted to have an internal meeting at Agganis Arena where Boston University plays hockey, we designed graphics and animation for the overhead scoreboard as well as the ribbon that surrounds the interior of the arena.

AVmedia was asked to document the Chicago Marathon Relay Race for a marketing agency working with Bank of America. The video features U.S. Women’s soccer players Abby Wambach, Hope Solo and Alex Morgan along with contest winners who had the opportunity to run with these athletes.

This governmental arm of the University of South Florida holds a conference every year, and it is AVmedia that provides all of the AV and production for the general session and breakouts.
AVmedia has worked with the Conservancy of Southwest Florida to provide their audiovisual needs for multiple events throughout the year. We produce their yearly Magic Under the Mangroves fundraiser set up in a tent. Being outdoors, we bring in generators to power the hundreds of environmentally friendly LED lights used to create a magical ambience.
