National Bible Bee

Our challenge for the National Bible Bee was not the tough questions the kids had to answer, but to create a comfortable environment for 300 contestants and over 1500 people in the audience to view the contest.  We created a fantastic set for the kids to demonstrate their knowledge and devotion of the Bible while keeping the audience engaged

Mandarin Oriental New York

Everyone knows that New York real estate prices are exorbitant.  It is also true for the rental of the only ballroom on the 36th floor overlooking Central Park, where our client asked us to set up a stage set for them.  With low ceilings, small service elevators, and limited ballroom space, the only option was to build a custom set on site.

Blackboard Marketing Video

Blackboard wanted to share its success stories and came to AVmedia to make it happen.  We traveled the country to colleges in Alabama, Georgia and California to interview the users of Blackboard software.  The end result was hours of interviews turned into multiple videos that told the Blackboard product story at each college.

New Balance 1000, 3000 & 4040 Baseball Shoes

New Balance launched three new shoes and asked us to develop product videos for each of these.  We shot these high impact videos at Fenway Park in Boston (in December none the less) with two cameras and a small crew.  All of these videos are used on their website, youtube and for internal presentations.

Airsoft Marketing Video

When Bear River, the manufacturer of AirSoft paintball guns, was embarking on its first major advertising campaign, they came to AVmedia to produce a short marketing piece to be used for in-store display at Wal-Mart stores across the country.

New Balance Lighthouse Identity Launch

One of our areas of expertise is taking advantage of the environment.  When New Balance wanted to have an internal meeting at Agganis Arena where Boston University plays hockey, we designed graphics and animation for the overhead scoreboard as well as the ribbon that surrounds the interior of the arena.

In-House Hotel A/V Provider

AVmedia is proud to be an in house AV provider for Hilton Hotels. We work very closely with the hotel staff to provide top notch customer service.  All of our experience and expertise are available to create proposals, diagrams, videos, PowerPoint and provide project management.

Bear Grylls Camping Line Product Videos

For a product line with Bear Grylls new camping gear, a company came to us and asked for our help in creating a series of videos that will be used in WalMart and other trade stores.  We knew that Bear Grylls isn’t your typical camper, so we wanted to create videos that were adventurous, unlike other camping videos.

For years, Legatus International has trusted AVmedia with its annual summits.  These meetings have featured many high profile speakers, including President George W. Bush, Coach Lou Holtz, and Justice Clarence Thomas, to name just a few.

MISTI is an information security and auditing training company that conducts in-house training, conferences, seminars and webinars.  AVmedia is with them every step of the way, handling their general sessions and breakouts as well as recording the conferences.

Bank of America Chicago Marathon

AVmedia was asked to document the Chicago Marathon Relay Race for a marketing agency working with Bank of America.  The video features U.S. Women’s soccer players Abby Wambach, Hope Solo and Alex Morgan along with contest winners who had the opportunity to run with these athletes.

Philanthropic Work

When the West End House Boys and Girls Club asked us to help with their fundraiser, we responded with an enthusiastic yes!  We donated our time, talent and equipment to the annual Gala which was held in their second floor gym.

AVmedia is proud to partner with USF College of Behavioral & Community Sciences/ Department of Child & Family Studies.  This governmental arm of the University of South Florida holds a conference every year, and it is AVmedia that provides all of the AV and production for the general session and breakouts.

Conservancy of Southwest Florida

AVmedia has worked with the Conservancy of Southwest Florida to provide their audiovisual needs for multiple events throughout the year.  We produce their yearly Magic Under the Mangroves fundraiser set up in a tent.  Being outdoors, we bring in generators to power the hundreds of environmentally friendly LED lights used to create a magical ambience.
